YOUR ROLE

  • Analyze latest Recruitment trends and developments and their evaluation/assessment in accordance with company’s digitalization strategy
  • Be the key contact for external providers and partners
  • Be responsible for steering and implementation of global Recruitment tools and processes
  • Take over the project and stakeholder management within the global Talent Acquisition team and our internal business stakeholders
  • Identify and implement constant recruitment process improvements and internal communication of those
  • Act as a strong partner and driver for cultural change with internal as well as external stakeholders
  • Foste exchange and cooperation within our global and regional HR Talent Acquisition team

YOUR SKILLS

  • University degree in business administration or similar fields of study
  • 3-5 years relevant practical experience ideally in the area of HR in a global/ multi national company
  • Strong project management & analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with high level of assertiveness and influencing skills
  • Experience and/ or interest in processes, IT and legal aspects (such as GDPR)
  • Excellent English
