YOUR ROLE

  • Supporting Henkel's end-to-end payroll process: pre-payroll preparation, payroll system execution, reconciliation, validation, and preparation of bank files
  • Handling post-payroll and statutory report preparation
  • Addressing internal and external audit
  • Coordinating with country Local HR and Finance teams regarding payroll concerns
  • Updating payroll documentations and job aids

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Minimum of three (3) years working experience in International Payroll; Preferably with expertise in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and Thailand payroll process obtained from a multinational or shared service working environment
  • Intermediate knowledge in Excel is required; Simple automation experience using Macro and VBA is highly preferred
  • ADP Payroll (Global View) and SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent command of the English language, with keenness to details, time management, and collaboration skills
