  • Perform sound analyses of available data (IRI / Nielsen syndicated, household panel, custom studies, and other industry resources) to derive insights to:
  • Proactively identify and quantify 4-P's opportunities at the account
  • Create, develop and deliver Quarterly Category reviews, plans and strategies with Target
  • Provide plan-o-gram optimization recommendations to maximize Target category and Henkel sales
  • Build Target customer relationship and to drive partnership opportunities leading to mutual sales growth
  • Provide business analysis and insights of sales, pricing, opportunity gaps for incremental volume
  • Lead all insights driven conversations with the internal Laundry & Home Care team and Target, leveraging insights from all HQ departments – (Consumer insights, Shopper insights, Sales Strategy, Net Revenue Management, etc)
  • Implement and localize Henkel national strategies at customer account
  • Develop analysis to highlight merchandising effectiveness, including di


  • Bachelors’ degree with 5+ years of experience analyzing syndicated scanner and household panel data (IRI, A.C. Nielsen data source). Demonstrated skills in analyzing data from various sources to provide insights and recommendations. 
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry including class of trade, customer groups, category, competitive products, competitive strategies and industry trends
  • Understanding and experience with a broad range of primary and syndicated (quantitative and qualitative) research methodologies
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with strong organization and prioritization skills; effectively interact and lead conversations with peer teams, sales, and senior management teams
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Tableau experience a plus. Knowledge and proficiency using Space Management applications (JDA, Apollo, Spaceman or ProSpace)
