Sales Engineer Abu Dhabi

YOUR ROLE:

  • Following up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts
  • Create & update reports for cross specification among various sales divisions
  • Achieve sales / gross margin targets set by the management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Generating sales inquiries on monthly basis to achieve order satisfactory booking strike rate of inquiries quoted every month based on assigned sales target
  • Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to key developer/consultant & contractors
  • Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading consultants and contractors.
  • Research market in terms of current jobs in hand, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage
  • Interact and engage with customers for information / feedback related to competitor’s pricing / products proposed
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building material products, market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned territory
  • Coordinating with the credit control team and follow up on Credit Facility application for newly acquired customers/clients
  • Supporting the accounts team to ensure that receivables are collected on time and at best communication practices as possible

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Building Materials
  • Sales operations experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, Arabic is an added advantage
  • Target driven with a strategic way of thinking
  • Proactive, positive, enabler & team player mindset
  • Must be based in Abu Dhabi
