  • Identifies hazardous workplace conditions and removes hazards and/or protects employees by guarding machinery, revising work procedures, and training employees.
  • Takes effective steps to ensure that workplace conditions comply with applicable Federal, State, Local and Henkel occupational safety and health standard provisions and that all required SHE records are prepared, accurate, up-to-date and complete.
  • Organizes, leads, and participates in activities that promote employee involvement in the SHE program (i.e. safety committees, accident investigation teams, inspection/audit teams, etc).
  • Responsible for the completion of the incident investigation process using participative root cause analysis techniques.
  • Develops and schedules SHE training and provides day-to-day coaching, feedback, and functional leadership on the effectiveness of SHE programs.
  • Provides consultative guidance and information to the local, regional and global management team on SHE priorities and risks, associate 


  • Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Business Administration, Environmental Science, or other related discipline with 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
