Portfolio Analyst & Strategic Data Engineer (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Play a key role in the global Product & Technology Management and Strategic Pricing organization of Automotive & Metals
  • Design & implement tools and analytics, create & harmonize processes and standards and drive data consistency within Technology Management, Portfolio & Product Management and Strategic Pricing
  • Develop state-of-the-art BI dashboards to steer Portfolio Management initiatives (e.g. segmentation, complexity mgmt) and drive decision making within Technology Management (e.g. margin potential identification, risk mitigation)
  • Lead initiatives around Strategic Master Data harmonization
  • Standardize processes within Product Management and Pricing between regions and functions
  • Run ad-hoc analytics to identify potentials, business impacts and mitigate risks
  • Manage projects in collaboration with Strategic Business Units and central Functions

YOUR SKILLS

  • Excellent university degree, e.g. Master in Data Science / Programming, MBA degree in Business Administration, Controlling or Business Informatics or similar
  • 4-5 years of professional experience in corporate environment or consulting; industrial experience; working with complex data structures, systems 
  • Relevant work experience in project management, strategic business processes, analytical and digital tool development
  • Strong sense of business ownership, entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
  • Excellent analytical skills combined with strategic thinking and business acumen
  • Highly energetic personality with passion to break through status-quo, drive and implement change
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Highly motivated team player
