Assistant Brand Manager DW

  1. Ensure the daily management of the product (Panels, forecast sales, tracking media)
  2. Implement promotions and participate in the development of the annual product sales plan.
  3. Participate in analysis and presentation of the product to the management, coordination ...
  4. Participate in the financial management of the product and prepare analysis for elaboration plans/ BE
  5. Monitoring records Public Relations and sampling
  6. When she/he mastered the rest of its activities gradually participate in development (copy, products) of media strategy and launch under the supervisor of the Product Manager.

The ACP begins with mastering the operational management of the product, then gradually involved in the
management of all elements of the marketing mix.

II- DAILY MANAGEMENT OF PRODUCT:

  1. Analysis Market research results
  2. Daily Sales follow-up
  3. Product ambassador vs all company stockholders & Department
  4. Product availability follow-up
  5. Maintaining and updating print materials (packaging + technical and commercial documents )
  6. Attendance at print proof , the first productions
  7. Media : Monitoring and analysis of Brand and competition strategies
  8. Continuous updating of the fact book

II- PROMOTION POLICY :

  1. Monitor with sales team competition promotional activities
  2. Participate in the definition of the strategy
  3. Propose promotions / Implementation / Creation / Argus

III- ANALYSIS AND DELIVERY :

  1. Participates in the analysis and product presentations to senior management / co-ordination ( Local )

IV-FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:

  1. Manage / monitor marketing budgets
  2. Monitoring costs savings
  3. Pricing Policy:

- Monitoring of rates / competition prices
- Prepares analyses for rate recce

V-PARTICIPATION TO LAUNCH:

  1. Launch plans preparation
  2. Close follow up and monitoring of new launches / relaunches
  3. Manage and close follow-up of project timing implementation

VI-PARTICIPATION IN DEVELOPMENT:

  1. Analyse Consumer research results ( IHV’s , U&A, LUT, HUT ..)

- Bachelor/ Master degree in marketing

- French/ English fluent

- More than 1 year experience
