YOUR ROLE

  • Assist to develop work plans and support the team to achieve the KPI
  • Assist to develop team SOP, internal policy, and multi processes. Develop and optimize customer service management rules, standardize and improve job responsibilities, optimize customer service process
  • Support for team internal training, customer service quality controlling and optimization
  • Implement other tasks to raise quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction rate
  • Assist to manage daily operation, establish and improve customer service process
  • Responsible for communication and coordination with relevant departments, solving customer complaints and special case handle
  • Responsible for monthly cutoff coordination, complete periodical reports and analysis, etc

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Should have 3-5 years of experience
  • Preferred language: English (Fluent)
  • Other skills: Excel, Presentation
