YOUR ROLE

  • The operator will routinely run one or more operational pieces of equipment associated within the Gap Pad Cellular processing area.
  • Ensures that all processes are followed according to job routers, process specifications, engineering change orders (ECO’s), & standard work procedures in a safe operating manner.
  • Requires the precise chemical & physical manipulation of materials and products through the execution of manufacturing instructions, safety procedures, proper waste disposal procedures, standard operating procedures & other production related documentation.
  • Effectively function within a team environment or work as an individual contributor & is responsible for his/her level of authority for ensuring compliance with all approved policies, procedures, & practices of the facility.
  • Safely operate Manufacturing Equipment using detailed instructions and daily inspections of assigned machinery, equipment & infrastructure.

YOUR SKILLS

  • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D Minimum Requirements
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment, including high lift truck, lift 50 pounds, manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds with proper mechanical assists, and maintain daily records for work performed. 
  • The employee frequently is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
