YOUR ROLE

  • The HR Projects Specialist, NA role is a unique opportunity for someone interested in learning and growing into an HR career
  • Providing support for HR projects, preparing strategic presentations and other communication materials
  • Preparing and delivering regular updates on workforce and other analytics, and providing administrative support for the head of HR, North America as well as limited support for others on the HR leadership team
  • The environment is fast-paced and the person in this role will need to be proactive, hardworking, highly organized, and an independent critical thinker
  • The role is based in Stamford, CT

YOUR SKILLS

  • 2+ years of experience working in an office setting required, and experience providing administrative support for executives is preferred
  • Strong strategic communication skills (including PowerPoint expertise) are required
  • Excellent relationship building skills, a positive attitude, and an eagerness to learn are key success factors for this position
  • The passion and intrinsic motivation to analyze data and use it to identify trends, create a compelling narrative, and support proposals is essential
