  • This position interfaces with and/or directs multiple internal functions (including finance, sales, technical support, and process engineering), manages external contractors across many disciplines, and interfaces with governmental regulatory personnel & agencies.
  • The position requires technical acumen spanning chemical process engineering, process controls, electrical power distribution, vessel fabrication, utility infrastructure, and building construction.
  • The successful candidate will be the primary negotiator on high value contracts (>1000TEuro) and have accountability for projects critical to supporting Henkel's ability to manufacture products for both existing markets and future sales growth.


·Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering

·5 years’ experience

·Demonstrated experience in Capital Project Management
