·Work with cross-divisional teams supporting large-scale integration and strategic transformation projects of the Laundry and Home Care Supply Chain (Footprint studies, Supply network & factory design, Operational Excellence)

·Support Supply Chain Steering team in governance and on time, in budget project implementation

·Analyze overall Supply Chain strategy development concerning future supply setup and required transformation

·Work in close and trustful cooperation throughout Henkel’s global network

·Support continuous improvement in the development of regional processes for Production, Planning and Logistics

·Oversee the spending vs budget for both assigned plants. Manage budget related to specific projects

·Identify and implement cost savings initiatives in the Laundry and Home Care Supply Chain to deliver annual NA target

·Represent Henkel at external conferences and potentially speak on Henkel’s strategy


·Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s preferred in Business Administration preferably specialized in Supply Chain Management or Strategy 

·5 - 8 years of experience working in Supply Chain Management, preferably in an international group in the FMCG industry Experience. 5 years of project management experience preferred 

·Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, high complexity and large project simultaneously

·Strong analytical and technical skills – MS Project, Excel and PowerPoint
