YOUR ROLE

  • Collaborate to develop, support and implement the local brand strategy for the Schwarzkopf brand: launches, promotions, communication plan (digital, PR, POSM), end marketing.
  • Create campaigns and communication materials with the creative and digital agencies according to the international guidelines and local planning
  • Control the proper execution of L17 budget assigned to the channel, according to Henkel's standards and in line with financial guidelines
  • Develop/support the implementation of SoW and NCAs strategies for the channel
  • Support the sales force to assure the proper implementation of promotions or activities
  • Monitor slow movers and implement activities to reduce it.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Business Administration, Economy, Industrial Engineering or similar bachelor degrees
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Sales fields, preferebly in the Beauty (Haircare) Industry
  • Experience in the development of new brands/categories in the market
  • Advanced English
  • Structural thinking, analytical, assertive communication.
