  • Customer service activities involving assessment of technical machine issues, machine repair, installing new and used Sonderhoff Engineering
  • Training the staff of the customers with regard to operation and maintenance of machines.
  • Overseeing/Assisting in directing warehousing activities, including packing, shipping, inventory, and reorder activities if needed.
  • Performs maintenance, sampling of gasketing application work, material production, and customer trainings in house (workshops etc.) and at customers’ sites. This includes leading the service team and providing support and guidance.
  • Provides feedback and conducts quality control for sampling of gasketing application work, foam in place gasket machine applications, material production and customer sampling reports.


  • 3-5 years’ experience working in a similar role and job function

  • CNC programming experience and working knowledge on the general and technical aspects of high-end digital equipment operation and pneumatics 

  • Mechanically skilled in disassembling and assembling of machinery, including troubleshooting and components replacement 

  • Can read blueprints, drawings and schematics and has electrical expertise in high-voltage electrical safety procedures as pertaining to machinery. 

  • Experience and ability to determine the voltage of exposed energized parts and identification of hazards 

  • Proficient in Electronics, including reading wiring schematics and creating documentation of electrical, mechanical, software, maintenance, and repair procedures.
