Provides Front Line Support Throughout The Facility For All Reactive Maintenance Issues
Diagnoses, Troubleshoots, And Repairs Equipment Utilizing All Available Resources
Performs And Documents Preventive Maintenance
Participates In Root Cause Analysis
Supports Equipment Installation Projects
Identifies Opportunities For Process Improvements, Makes Recommendations, Supports Implementation Maintains All Required Documentation
High school diploma or equivalent.
Associates degree in a related field highly desired as are Mechanical, Electrical, and Computer certification(s).
At least 5 years experience as a maintenance mechanic or similar role required.
Knowledge of machine tools and their use, mechanical aptitude, and program logic controls.
Knowledge of basic electrical and electronic repairs; ability to read and understand manuals and schematics.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; verbal communication skills a must.
Basic to intermediate computer skills required (i.e. ability use email, word processing programs, spreadsheet programs, enter information into databases, etc).
Ability to perform work with a high level of accuracy; detail oriented; ability to handle multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a clean room environment. Ability to effectively interact and communicate with employees.
