YOUR ROLE

•The Senior Sales Representative will manage Henkel's Industrial Adhesives business and grow  sales in an assigned territory by promoting Henkel’s products and services to the current customer base as well as potential customers
•Manage a multi-state territory including IL, MN, WI and IA.
•Sell OEM wood process/manufacturing applications to customers in engineered wood, window construction, door assembling, foam bonding, furniture assembly, flooring, and other similar industries.
•Be active in relevant trade associations, where requested, as well as develop and maintain relationships with key OEMs that supply Henkel’s present and targeted customer base. 
• A minimum of 40-60% overnight travel would be required.

 YOUR SKILLS
•BA/BS Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, business or related discipline required.
•3+ years’ experience in technical sales. Industrial adhesive experience a plus.  
•A self-starter with initiative, and the drive and determination to achieve specific and measurable goals and objectives.
•Exhibited knowledge of applicable products and applications. Knowledge of automated control equipment helpful.
•Ability to work well in team environment and to facilitate meetings consisting of key customers.  
•Must be willing to travel approximately 40-60%.
