YOUR ROLE 

  • Join the world’s largest adhesives producer with a unique portfolio of breakthrough innovations, tailor-made solutions and strong brands in adhesives, sealants and functional coatings
  • Make an impact in [KK1] our journey to excellence in Global Market & Customer Activation by shaping our Henkel Adhesives Digital Marketing Transformation to a Customer centric and data-driven organization
  • Shape our Digital Marketing Activation & Engagement Strategy by building and driving insightful B2B data-driven recommendations based on customer lifetime value, ROI analysis, benchmarks of excellence, machine learning and predictive data modeling
  • Full responsibility of shaping and regularly managing Integrated Digital Marketing Performance (Website, Digital Content, SEO, eCommerce), including Marketing Automation & Sales Automation performance funnel KPIs at Customer, Campaign, Regional, Global and ExCo level. Full KPIs design, Dashboards building, monitoring and reporting across all B2B businesses, with close alignment to multiple supporting functions
  • Global B2B data strategy build-up to support businesses and markets in boosting overall Digital Marketing & eCommerce campaigns performances, ROI and CLTV
  • Lead Customer Segmentation efforts from (Digital) Marketing perspective, in collaboration with Sales, Pricing, Service and IT Master Data Management
  • Design and implement B2B Customer need-based Digital Marketing Personalization strategies cross-channels and campaigns, across the entire Customer Decision Journey
  • New Marketing Automation Cloud data model design, maintenance and consulting to fulfill cross-channel activation ambitions
  • Lead for key data issues involving sources integration, quality, consistency, privacy and growth

YOUR SKILLS

  • Economics/Statistics and/or Digital Marketing background with strong cross-channel Digital Activation & Marketing Automation/CRM background. Data science, analysis and data planning capabilities are essential
  • Min. 8 years of proven data strategy & analysis experience, ideally within large Corporations or key Consultancies / Digital Agencies
  • In depth professional knowledge of B2B Marketing Automation dynamics, systems, processes, database and analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with SaaS Marketing automation tools, BI tooling, analytical techniques, Marketing Automation data modeling, data predictions, LTV modeling, Customer Segmentation and DMPs
  • Leadership skills, with proven experience in managing complex, big and multi-channel B2B campaigns and programs (CRM/loyalty/demand generation marketing)
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills combined with the ability to interpret business challenges from non-technical individuals and translate into analytic and data requirements or strategic recommendations
  • International background, [KK1] able to manage multiple stakeholders in different countries and contexts
  • Very good business acumen, results driven person, self-motivating and hands-on approach
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to details
  • Fluent business-level English
