  • Able to follow established manufacturing instructions, safety procedures, proper waste disposal procedures, Job Safety Analysis and other production related documentation.
  • Accurately completes necessary paperwork and batch record keeping in accordance with ISO Standards and plant procedures
  • Operates high lift trucks, hoists and other motorized equipment to transport material, fill containers with completed mixes, palletize and transport to storage areas
  • Cleans pumps, draw-off filters and filter housing, piping, parts, dry material blenders and feeders, etc. in accordance with procedures.
  • Reports abnormal conditions of mixes and machines to Plant Manager.
  • Effectively function within a team environment or work as an individual contributor and is responsible for his/her level of authority for ensuring compliance with all approved policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Practice good housekeeping habits to ensure the work areas are clean and organized at the end of the assign


  • H.S. Diploma or G.E.D Proficient at routine mathematics, which includes addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Must be trainable to safely operate production equipment and maintain records for work performed.
  • Must be able to retain information and training.
  • Must work efficiently and within established time frames and effectively function within a team environment.
  • The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas and the ability to verbally communicate information and ideas so others will understand data While performing the duties of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Membership to Teamsters Union is a condition of employment.
  • Able to safely lift/carry/pour 50 pounds frequently and manipulate drums weighing up to 600 pounds Able to work with and around hazardous materials, chemicals, and equipment
