Leads the customer development agenda through incorporating internal brand & commercial priorities to meet customer growth strategy. This includes Category development, CRM collaboration, in store merchandising, Promotion & Activity Planning and new business opportunities creation. The CMM plays a pivotal role in delivering Henkel BCR's key strategic priorities in being Customer Centric with differentiated initiatives to deliver mutual growth and value creation.

YOUR ROLE

  • Develop by channel & customer strategy with definition of key initiatives to deliver mutual growth & value creation.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing & Sales teams to develop robust Joint Business Plans by customer level to ensure delivery of performance indicators on an annual basis.
  • Develop new channel & category opportunities such as Ecommerce & Social Commerce to expand business footprint and market share.
  • Measure and report performance of all customer performance across categories, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing or any related fields in FMCG industry. Beauty care product is highly preferred.
  • Good English communication.
  • Must be driven and determined, resilient, open-minded, flexible, have good communication, influencing, planning skills.
  • Preferred to be knowledgeable about trade data ie. Dunnhumby, C Smart, Nielsen, Tesco Implant.
