·This position is responsible for leading the Regional Grocery business.This includes managing and leading the team while driving financial success across the channel.

·Lead coverage for 65 regional customers across US, including Wegmans, Demoulas, C&S, Military, Home Depot, etc.

·Develop individual capabilities of team members and drive continuous improvement through the utilization of training and development resources

·Builds and maintains a relationship with key leadership at Director/VP level

·Analyze business, trends, shopper insights, category trends, and create situation assessments to build the business and identify opportunities

·Develops strategy for regional grocery to drive profitability for Henkel and external partners which results in market share growth

·Clearly articulates Business Results/Ideas/Opportunities to Internal Leadership Functions

·Partners with all Internal stakeholders including Sales Strategy, Net Revenue Management, Category Development, Demand Planning & Sales Leadership to help coordinate promotion planning, new item launches, & selling stories that can be leveraged by our sales team

·Lead, motivate, direct and influence both Internal & External partners. Develops KPI objectives for both our Direct Selling team (Region Business Manager’s) and Broker Partners that drive sustainable growth

·Role to be based in one of the following priority locations: Cincinnati, Charlotte, Stamford, CT. Alternate locations include Bentonville, New England, Minneapolis, Nashville, Chicago.


·Undergraduate Degree; MBA preferred, with Minimum 5-7 years of CPG experience either working for a Manufacturer or Broker

·Successful track record in leading a team. Strong relationship building skills.

·Strong communication skills; presentation skills. Excellent critical thinking & problem-solving skills.

·Travel requirement: up to 50%
