Compliance Manager, Electronics and Industrial

YOUR ROLE

  • Responsible for Product Compliance globally in all countries that AE Division operates.
  • Identify business needs as related to regulatory affairs, change control (specifically as impacting listing on chemical inventories), product label processes, dangerous goods compliance and sustainability standards.
  • Work with PS&RA to support the SBU global business strategy, through service level agreements or other methods of setting targets and monitoring progress.
  • Key interface between AE GTM teams and AE PD and AO teams at all relevant sites.
  • Supervise one additional PTM Compliance team member; considerable influencing and persuading capability required.

YOUR SKILLS 

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • 7-15 years of experience, with some combination of technical, compliance, and management experience
  • Technical and business background, with appropriate educational qualifications, 7+ years experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem solving skills
  • Excellent and persuasive communication skills Familiarity with key global regulatory and compliance matters SAP expertise, especially in compliance relevant modules
