Regional Digital Strategy Manager

YOUR ROLE

  • The Regional Digital Strategy Manager is responsible of enhancing and building the 360 degree digital infrastructure for all Henkel Beauty Care Professional brands in Canada.
  • Focus lies on eCommerce strategy incl. the development of digital business and (paid) digital communication across social networks.
  • Digital Business Maintenance:
    • Manage budget of digital team Implement & manage direct company owned e-commerce and B2B sites
    • Manage brand web pages for existing e-commerce partners
    • Maintain and submit all product set up forms for new launches and ensure that all information is correct for existing products
  • Digital Business Development:
    • Stay up-to-date with digital technological trends
    • Collaborate with brand, sales, and education teams to identify & implement opportunities to further strengthen the business
    • Develop & maintain a true understanding of overall digital trends combined with deep insight into customers’ needs & online user / brand experience

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Communications
  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • 7-10 years of communications experience (digital/social media/print/editorial), experience with social media digital communications and advertising, digital KPI enhancement and analytics
  • Working experience with Coupons, Promotions, SNS, Marketing Requirements and Vine
  • High degree of knowledge about the principles of integrated marketing
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms
  • Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable working with a team and willing to take on new challenges and opportunities as they arise
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
