  • This position will support Adhesive Electronics business in structural adhesives for device assembly, in particular handheld devices such as mobile phones
  • The responsibility includes mainly developing structural adhesives for handheld device (HHD) products based on epoxy chemistry and experiences in 2K MMAs and UV adhesives can be pluses
  • The top brand owners of mobile phone makers are our target customers
  • Our products need to be upgraded frequently to meet the fast-changing market
  • So, chemist plays the most critical role to deliver new product sales
  • Scientific associate is a leading chemist to formulate new adhesive product to meet customer requirements
  • Scientific associate is responsible independently for designing formulation, analyzing results, deciding technical approach, filing IP etc.
  • Technician will support the lab routine work
  • We need someone to develop LIPO products to significantly broaden our market share and protect our entrenched product portfolio; help to optimize products for customers' next generation mobile phone including scaling up at manufacturing
  • Work closely with TCS and commercial team to qualify and validate products at customer sites
  • Visit customers regularly to get firsthand product information and help commercial team to development product strategies
  • Assist operation to constantly improve key existing products quality
  • Can do attitude, proactive in problem solving and project management


  • Master’s degree or above
  • The candidate should have solid chemistry background and more than 5 years industry experience , prefer on structure bonding adhesives and more prefer on epoxy.
  • Master’s degree holder with greater or equal to 10 years work experience unless truly exceptionally qualified
  • Preferred language: English (Fluent) Chinese (Excellent)
