Job Functions

Assists in compiling data necessary to complete Investigation.
Data Review of analytical Quality lab.
Audit lab on a routine basis and report of all findings.
Review results transcribed to data tables and reports.
Responsible for archiving & Reviewing Data/Files for PM/Calibration related to Laboratory.
Support manufacturing services through the review and approval of master batch records and completed manufacturing records for review, approval, and release of manufactured product
Management of equipment in the QA databases
Development, approval, revision and issuance of packaging records
Processing product release paperwork, large document scanning and emailing with customers.

Education and Experience: 

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience
Work independently as well as within a team Knowledge of FDA's GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), regulations are a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary
Have strong attention to detail
Must be detail oriented and able to deal with changing priorities
Possess a strong understanding of Word and Excel.
Prior Data Review experience is a plus

Working Conditions: 

The performance of this position normally requires exposure to typical manufacturing areas where under certain conditions the use of personal protective equipment, such as safety glasses, and hygienic precautions, such as hairnets, are required.  The work environment is not climate controlled.  Noise level in the work environment is usually moderately loud.  Regular attendance is required.  Overtime may be required. It is the responsibility of each employee to conduct tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state, and federal safety, health, and environmental regulations, company program standards, company policies, and special safety concerns while protecting yourself, the organization, and the environment.  You are ultimately responsible for your safety and well-being.
