The role of the Brand Operations Manager is to manage cross-functional teams in the execution of brand innovation, maintenance projects, QA or Supply Chain issues on base businesses. The Operations Manager will lead project meetings (agendas and minutes), work closely with supply chain to maintain timelines and project execution, develop relationships with key internal stakeholders (brand leads, supply planning, logistics, R&D, QA) and aid in the identification of project risks providing recommendations for mitigation.
  • Manage business priorities with project management execution best practices
  • Leverage Henkel Innogate system and defined process to steer projects from scope creation to launch
  • Establish an overall project plan to ensure supply chain readiness
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of project implementation & follow up with key stakeholders o Work closely with US /global Supply Chain (KAMs) and Project Implementation


  • 5 years of experience in CPG and/or project management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • PMI course an asset
  • Exceptional project, prioritization and time management skills
  • Understanding of plant functions and processes
  • Ability to influence and lead remote teams
  • Strong agility/resourcefulness with a sense of urgency and financial acumen
  • Ability to anticipate potential obstacles and identify resolution
  • Ability to offer recommendations and make decisions independently
  • High level of proficiency with spreadsheets, database, presentation graphics and word processing software (preferred experience in Microsoft environment)
