  • Collaboratively work with the Key Account Manager (KAM) supporting customer relationships.
  • Developing joint business plans to achieve growth.
  • Support the KAM with implementing customer plans.
  • Provide analytical support and preparation of reports as and when required.
  • Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) responsibilities ensuring Retailer and Supplier KPIs are met.
  • Implementing sustainable growth plans with managed accounts.
  • Ensuring all activities comply with relevant compliance, acts, legal demands, policies and ethical standards.


  • Relevant tertiary qualifications preferred
  • 1-year Account Management or Account Executive experience ideally in FMCG industry
  • Good communication skills and ability to influence and build relationships
  • Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Exceptional Microsoft Office skills
