  • Policy planning and deployment with strategic targets and initiatives
  • Identifying areas of significant business impact and improvement opportunities
  • Lead and deploy Henkel Production System in plant to build up solid operational management system
  • Focus on process improvement and cost reduction to deliver tangible benefits
  • Lead and manage Lean and Six Sigma projects and other improvement initiatives for the business, individually complete 1-2 high impact Black Belt projects per year per guidelines
  • Improve and track employee’s Lean Six Sigma capability through the training, certification, CI workshop
  • Coaching and mentoring process owners and team members in Digital, DMAIC and Lean
  • Best practice sharing & implementation
  • Drive continuous improvement culture
  • Track and improve Lean University certification as per target
  • Deliver Lean University trainings and certify as Trainer


  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 5+ years’ experience in hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs
  • Working experience in Automotive/Electrical/Chemical Industries is preferred
  • Competent in project planning, project leadership and team facilitation.
  • Very strong analytical skills and result orientation
  • Ability to learn quickly and identify improvement opportunities – high energy and self-starting individual
  • Facilitative leadership skills - influencing skills, mentoring and coaching – to be able to drive change in the organization
  • Very good communication skills
  • Knowledge of Statistical tools/Knowledge of various Lean six sigma systems/ Knowledge of Minitab
  • Ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
  • Be able to work independently
