YOUR ROLE

  • Manage a team of 6 (Sales Analysts and Sales Coordinators)
  • Provide comprehensive sales reports and analysis
  • Support and develop entire sales processes:
    Sales orders processing
    Sales incentive calculation
    Aggregation of targets and forecasts
  • Support in organization of internal meetings and communication
  • Enhance follow up of key sales activities 
  • Create and maintain informational sales portal/team sites
  • Strong internal communication and data exchange with key stakeholders
  • Preparation of presentations
  • Participation on meetings

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Sales/Marketing/Strategy
  • 3-4 years of experience in the of role of Sales Analyst and Coordinator
  • SAP experienced user
  • Strong analytical capabilities
  • Proactive and result oriented
  • Strong managerial and communication skills
  • Team player mindset
