Service Delivery Analyst - Midwest

  • Provide local service on-site & remote IT support for all IT Infrastructure components at multiple Henkel sites
  • Support global and regional projects to get new technologies provisioned and installed in Henkel  and  3rd party sites
  • Manage and monitor Service-Now tickets queue and ensure SLA will be met for all tickets and requests
  • Lead large (over $250,000) complex projects including budgetary responsibility and following Henkel Project Management Methodologies while using appropriate project management tools
  • Communicate effectively with end users, IT functional leads, and management  and Look for ways to continuously improve at the locations you are responsible for.
  • Ensure all IT areas comply with the Corporate Standard Information Security guidelines to meet audit assessments
  • Update Site Scorecards regularly to limit potential risks at the site
  • Travel will be required for project related activities as well as routine site visits


  • 4 year degree or equivalent experience in networking related discipline 
  • Minimum five years experience in various IT roles; experience in both company-wide and operating unit roles preferred. 
  • In-depth function knowledge and understanding of Network Switches, HW Installation & Configuration, SW testing and implementation, Audio/Video configuration and Server administration.
  • Strong project management and vendor management skills with demonstrated knowledge of project management concepts and terminologies.
  • ITIL v2 or v3 Foundation and A+ certification preferred.
  • Experience with major ERP software application – SAP and  O365 is preferred
