B&P Production Supervisor - 3rd Shift

YOUR ROLE

  • The individual selected for this role will supervise production employees, plan and distribute work assignments, implement policies and procedures and recommend improvements in production methods, operating procedures and working conditions.
  • Responsible for the supervision of personnel and production of products.
  • Responsible for maintaining good housekeeping and environmental practices.
  • Troubleshooting and problem solving where and when a problem may arise.
  • Transitions shifts and resolve production concerns by coordinating closely with other supervisors

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required
  • SAP experience preferred but not required
  • 3 years of supervisory work experience in a chemical or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and time management skills.
  • Ability to work alternate hours if needed.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint).
  • Strong background with 5S, Lean and Continuous improvement methodologies
