APP Technical Customer Service Intern - Summer 2021

YOUR ROLE

  • This position is a full-time summer internship with the APP Technical Customer Service group supporting the Flexible Packaging, Paper Solutions, and Tapes & Label adhesives markets.
  • The role will focus on lab projects with heavy emphasis on product testing.
  • However, if situations and opportunities arise, lab work may include additional customer support activities such as troubleshooting, product line trials, and complaint investigations.

YOUR SKILLS

  • An ideal candidate: o Should be studying a technical discipline such as material science, chemistry, chemical or mechanical engineering or a related discipline
  • Should have laboratory practice and chemical hygiene handling knowledge
  • Should have strong communication and time management skills
  • Prior experience with adhesives and/or manufacturing of customer goods a plus
