Technical Customer Service Engineering Intern - Summer 2021

YOUR ROLE

  • Become part of a team and collaborate with global colleagues to solve complex customer issues
  • Successfully self-directs project work. Ability to formulate strong conclusions & path forward and drive projects to completion.
  • Ability to apply creativity and innovation to solving technical problems. Routinely uses knowledge of customer application methods and external literature in project work.
  • Conceives novel approaches to application process development, troubleshooting, and material characterization.

YOUR SKILLS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Mechanical Engineering , Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or related fields.
  • Experience working in a chemical laboratory and with external customers is preferred.
  • Experience in writing technical papers or reports as well presenting results to a technical team.
  • Solid interpersonal skills. Candidate must be able to work as a team member and independently on multi-task assignments.
  • Knowledgeable in Power Point, Word, Lotus Notes, Excel and Statistical Analysis Software is preferred.
