YOUR ROLE

  • Respond to inbound consumer communications regarding Henkel North America (NA) Beauty Care & Laundry and Home Care products
  • Communicate via phone calls to toll free numbers, email, written correspondence, and faxed materials
  • Communicate about compliments, inquiries and complaints, product usage and ingredients, packaging, environmental and regulatory issues, animal testing, commercials, advertising and promotions, community relations, donation requests, recipes and health effects, direct sales, shareholders services, restore orders /requests and product surveys
  • Actively seek opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives in cooperation with the team and respective process owner
  • Handle other related duties that may be assigned by superior

YOUR SKILLS

  • Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Communications, or equivalent courses
  • Preferably a minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service in a shared services, BPO, or call center industry
  • A team player and has superior customer service skills
  • Has ability to evaluate evidence and good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge is an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
