  • Take regional ownership for our recruitment process and tool (Cornerstone) for Henkel North America
  • Proactively steer our recruitment KPIs time, cost and quality of our candidate´s and hiring manager´s experience
  • Review, simplify, and constantly update and drive change: the role will offer a variety of projects to think outside of the box, find creative new solutions and shape recruitment for Henkel in North America
  • Conduct quality and governance checks (e.g. job postings) and derive conclusions (e.g. training needs)
  • Train and guide HR internally as well as our recruitment partners externally
  • Ensure compliance by collaborating with audit, legal, global process experts, purchasing, IT and our external partners
  • Manage recruitment providers (e.g. RPO, headhunters and search agencies)
  • Together with Employer Branding, develop promotion material and media to promote positions externally and our referral program internally
  • Office based in Stamford in future with a remote start


  • Minimum 8 years of work experience, ideally with recruitment focus in a large-scale enterprise or global organization
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to network and connect within and across the regions as well as to the corporate team in Germany
  • Experience in using IT systems, ideally HCM or ATS like Cornerstone, Taleo, Workday, SuccessFactors or other
  • Analytic, structured, proven record of owning process and project management
  • Ability to take perspectives: both at a macro strategic, as well as a level of detail
  • Open to change and keen to learn and take advantage of development opportunities the position will bring
  • Ready to challenge the status quo and to take on challenges (e.g. come up with creative yet compliant and efficient solutions for executive searches)
