Senior Technical Customer Service Key Account Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Manage for our Adhesives Packaging Business Unit customer projects with timeline, action execution, internal and external stakeholders (customers, technical consultants, suppliers) in a structured and professional manner
  • Be the technical buddy of the key account manager (sales), ensure a strong and continuous exchange and foster the team approach
  • Demonstrate knowledge and solution finding and ensure highest credibility over our competition
  • Train customer and Henkel colleagues in products and applications
  • Share best practices / cross-fertilise important application experience using given tools and platforms within the department
  • Travel to customers, suppliers or consultants and support them with product selection, product design or qualifications, if it is required

YOUR SKILLS

  • Master degree in Chemistry or Engineering 
  • Over 10 years of work experience in a relevant field
  • Strong technical expertise in the packaging industry for key applications
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills
  • Fluent in German and English; Italian and Dutch would be a plus
