International Transportation Analyst

Your Role

•           Single point of contact for all outbound orders from the US to the Asia Pacific region

•           Provide documentation from SAP for freight forwarders when necessary (3PL sites)

•           Audit and approve vendor Invoices

•           Request spot quotes for new lanes or modes

•           Participate and drive QBR, Metrics and KPIs

•           Weekly calls with LSPs to address service issues, continuous improvements and measure KPIs

•           Bi-weekly calls with Affiliates to discuss process improvements, issues or problems

•           Implementation and updating SOPs

•           Create cost saving initiatives

•           Provide data to support monitoring forwarder performance

•           Support the International Transportation Team

Your Skills

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain or Business
  • 2-3 years experience in supply chain/logistics analysis
  • Strong communication skills, Open Minded, Positive Energy
  • Experience in SAP, CASS, Freight Forwarding, Project Management
  • Enjoys multitasking, initiates opportunities and leads to completion in a dynamic, fast paced environment
  • Competitive spirit to support Henkel initiatives & values to win in the market
