Key Account Manager Salon Centric

YOUR ROLE

  • Provide assigned customers with clear communication of all things PRAVANA, as the main and primary liaison between customer and brand.
  • Active and involved in all areas of business required by assigned customers.
  • Confirm and schedule incoming PO’s, approve and submit to Customer Service team for order entry. Also handle all credits associated for the distributors.
  • Development of business strategies for assigned customers aimed to increase sales turnover, new door acquisitions, and other drivers of sales.
  • Develop, manage, and maintain the strategy and execution of the CSDA(L6) budget for assigned customers. Effective use and management of allowances that will drive incremental sales and deliver acceptable ROI of the budget.
  • Work with Planning on forecasting of promotions and new product launches for assigned customers.
  • Work cross functionally with the Marketing and Education teams to provide tools and resources needed for the business development of customer

YOUR SKILLS

  • Proven Sales background with 5+ years of experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent role experience.
  • High proficiency with MS Office – Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and other administrative tools.
  • Team player with strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate ideas through concise & timely written correspondence.
  • Effective presentation and negotiating skills, comfortable and confident in all business dealings with assigned customers.
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking and project planning skills with the ability to work with cross functional team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to gather and analyze information to develop fact-based recommendations.
