  • To ensure that our customers and employees are fully informed about the health and safety characteristics and/or food safety status of our products and that all products marketed by a specific strategic business unit within the region in which this position is located are in compliance with all appropriate regulations (Federal, State, country, regional and / or local).
  • Execution of hazard communication for all products in applicable SBU and region, including preparation of Safety Data Sheets and labels, ensuring they are always up-to-date
  • Responsible for identification, determination of applicability and timely communication of potential impact of new raw material on intermediates and finished products.
  • Monitoring, communication and execute implementation of regulation changes
  • Registration of new chemical substances and monitoring of global chemical inventory status, substance volume tracking and associated testing requirements.
