  • Serve as an integral part of the Demand Creation Team to drive deep understanding of our end users, touchpoint optimization across the consumer journey, and actionable insights to enable data-driven decision making across the business
  • Exploit the full potential of our ecosystem through identifying existing data sources, performing gap analysis, integrating sources into a cohesive view, and establish workflows and best practices to transform our team into a data-driven entity
  • Understand full marketing mix (online and offline), how to best capture/measure customer satisfaction, and how to use data to effectively influence business decisions (media, brand, channel, PD, customer service)
  • Capture and translate consumer behavior data and requirements from digital touchpoints (ideally, marketing and ecommerce) into recommendations for activation (web, SEO, email, shopper, promotions, etc.)
  • Ensure consumer satisfaction and investment efficiency on digital touchpoints


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing analytics, media management, controlling, statistics, information science or related discipline
  • 3-5 years of pertinent experience, with minimum of 1-3 years marketing analytics experience and strong understanding of data-driven management of user journeys
  • Highly analytical, passionate about numbers and data with acute attention to detail Experienced in funnel management and designing consumer journeys
  • Hands-on experience with common digital tools and/or platforms (Google Marketing Platform, CRM, marketing automation)
  • Deep understanding of today’s digital media technologies and programmatic buying (DMP, Ad Servers) Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Tableau, Power BI) Experience working directly with external agency partners and data platforms Strong entrepreneurial drive, proactive person
  • Preferred background also includes ecommerce and its intersection with marketing to drive holistic understanding of consumer journey
