Manager to Tax Analyst/Sr. Analyst

  • Coordinate with outside advisors regarding the preparation of transfer pricing studies, benchmark studies and valuation of acquired entities
  • Review and maintain transfer pricing documentations and other Transfer Pricing reporting process, including but not limit to monthly profitability analysis for all NA entities, intercompany agreements review, OECD Country by Country reporting related to NA entities, intercompany service new CS order review and approval, etc.
  • Engage in global projects that involve North America Transfer Pricing;
  • Calculate sourcing of royalties - US vs foreign
  • Provide guidance to business colleagues on cross border intercompany transactions related to Transfer Pricing
  • Assist in US federal and state audits related to transfer pricing, as well as German audits
  • Review Withholding tax F1042 reporting & F5472; support tax reform-FDII, BEAT, 267A, 163(j)
  • Review Monthly accounts reconciliation for intercompany interest and withholding tax accounts


  • BS/BA in Accounting, CPA/Master of Taxation a plus.
  • 1 - 3 years of a combination of public accounting and large corporate tax experience.
  • Transfer Pricing experience is a plus
  • Strong performer with good business sense and excellent analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong digital skills including Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.
  • Knowledge of CorpTax a plus.
