  • Ensure our (internal/external) customers receive the highest possible standard of service so we exceed their requirements.
  • Key orders in SAP system in an orderly and timely manner while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Take and initiate the process for client queries and/or complaints.  Deal with issues as appropriate through own response or escalation to relevant manager.
  • Ensure all Henkel policies and guidelines are followed and supported, Strive for continuous improvement and best practice.
  • To carry out any other customer service-related tasks requested of you by the Customer Service Manager and/or the Senior Customer Service Representative.


  • Minimum three (3) years customer service experience.
  • Strong customer focus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;  
  • Excellent Alpha numeric data entry speed, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications – particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • Proactive work ethic – right first time – recommends areas for improvement.
  • Organized, excellent time management skills and “can do” attitude.
  • SAP functional knowledge
