  • Manage and publish promotional plans for NA portfolio
  • Conduct performance analysis of promotions in partnership with Sales for continued improvement and optimization towards meeting company sales and profitability goals
  • Bring off-shelf promotional vehicles to life in partnership with internal and external partners
  • Leverage shopper insights for best in class activation in relevant channels
  • Showcase best in class category management practices for planogram recommendations
  • Leverage planogram software in partnership with Channel Management Team members for customer recommendations
  • Maintain an open and enthusiastic communication style with internal customers to facilitate strong dynamic of customer focus, flexibility, and responsiveness.
  • Proactively look for opportunities to drive change and improve both process and project outcomes  


  • 3-5 years experience in Marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
  • High energy, motivated individual with a strong sense of personal accountability
  • High Proficiency with PC applications: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in English language - both spoken and written
