YOUR ROLE

  • Develop and implement System Governance procedures & execute control processes
  • Develop & execute best-in-class Reporting and Authorizations concepts
  • Support in the implementation of digital transformation projects in the frame of the Global TM Program 
  • Design and implementation of future ready Digital Operating Models (Digital Organization, Governance, Change Management, etc.)

YOUR SKILLS

  • University Degree (Bachelor/Master) in e.g. Business Administration or other academic field
  • Experience in implementation of digital solution, ideally in the HR Talent Management area and on global level
  • Strong agile program/project management skills (e.g. Scrum)
  • Proven inter-personnel skills to collaborate and engage with key stakeholders in a multi-functional environment 
  • Business -fluent in English (verbally & written)
