  • The Project Manager for Adhesive Operations North America steers, manages & tracks effective and efficient transformation and acts as a primary change agent.
  • This role manages and establishes project governance and tracking with budget oversight, processes and tools in ensuring excellent project & resource management and alignment with business development functions.
  • This role will also identify and implement opportunities for organizational development providing project management experience. 


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Advanced Engineering or Finance 5-7 years in Production/Operations and in leading business processes or project management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Advanced business understanding and experience
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
