  • Takes full ownership of building and maintaining the customer relationships and engagements according to targets and plans
  • Provides sales forecasts and detailed plans to ensure the delivery of the results
  • Drives and guides individual and team activities to ensure expectations of customers and Henkel business are met
  • Regularly reviews performance according to plan including detailed key accounts, prospects and project plans where needed
  • Works closely with and mobilizes others in the organization in support of executing the business unit, global, and regional strategies
  • Handles customer price and business negotiations in close cooperation with others


  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or Business related courses; MBA is preferred
  • With at least five (5) years of work experience in Sales Management/ Global Key Account Management from a multinational company in the Semiconductor, Electronics Manufacturing, or Electronic Component industry
  • Experience with people management is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook is required
  • With high proficiency in English verbal and written communication; Presentation, collaboration, and project management (in cross-functional teams) skills is needed
  • Must have an entrepreneurial mindset focused on driving business growth
