  • The Regional Business Manager is responsible for growing profitable Volume, Distribution & Share of Branded products through the Grocery Channel

·Develop strong consultative customer relationships through partnering and developing collaborative plans

·Delivers annual Net Sales Revenue & Customer Profitability with Retailer base in conjunction with leading and managing our Broker partner

·Collaborate with Net Revenue Management (NRM) to understand promotional spending strategies. Manage promotional spending within budgeted parameter; develop customized promotional programs designed to drive profitable volume

·Work closely with Sales Strategy to execute Brand strategies per Henkel guidelines; Support new product launches, line extensions and deletions by partnering with Sales Strategy and Category Development to identify growth opportunities

·Develop & track sales forecasts ensuring accuracy and data integrity

·Drives execution against digital strategies and tactics -uses creativity to drive progress against current digital positioning

·Analyze business, trends, shopper insights, category trends, and create situation assessments to build the business and identify opportunities

·Develops an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the Retailer’s corporate strategies and local market dynamics -works with the team to leverage knowledge that drives winning solutions resulting in increased volume/profit


·Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of direct Account Management experience within Consumer Products

·Proven success leading a 3rd party agency (Sales Broker) preferred

·Ability to analyze business, trends, shopper insights, category trends, and create situation assessments to build the business and identify opportunities

·Strong written & verbal communication skills; Expert in creating selling stories/presentations within Power Point to influence positive outcomes with customer

·Travel requirement up to 35%

·Remote based position. Preferred locations: San Antonio, TX or Boise, ID.
