  • Position will be responsible for uncovering and understanding customer needs and behaviors to support the development of effective global operational and marketing plans for the Manufacturing and Maintenance SBU within Henkel’s Adhesives BU.
  • This role is responsible for analyzing data in a meaningful way, synthesizing insights to key stakeholders and working cross-functionally to implement your findings in order to unlock growth among new and existing customers.
  • Determine how to best capture and interpret customer, and potential customer, data from a range of sources and communicate the findings across functions.
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative analysis to learn what motivates customer, and leverage this data in support of business interests.
  • Lead on customer propensity analysis and leverage this intelligence to improve marketing strategy.
  • Synthesize data from multiple sources and translate findings into actionable B2B customer insights and recommendations


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience in related field
  • Strong numerical and statistical skills
  • Ability to apply creative analytical methods to solve problems
  • Expertise in leverage analytical tools
  • Customer-centric approach
  • Ability to deliver work that has numerous tactical applications in a clearly visual form
