The Henkel Walmart MBA Graduate Assistantship / Internship is designed to provide a deeply enriching and well-rounded experience within the consumer packaged goods industry. Throughout the program, Interns have the opportunity to rotate through domestic & international sales and supply chain business functions, depending on their personal goals. This rotation provides interns a full view to the business and allows them to develop their analytical skills and a working knowledge of Walmart partnerships.

Examples of rotational, cross-functional opportunities

  • Domestic Sales: • Collect and analyze data from RetailLink, IRI and SAP
  • Develop tools to help managers monitor business trends & fluctuations
  • Perform ad hoc analysis of competitive landscape
  • Develop selling-stories to support Sales Category Development
  • Collect and analyze market data from IRI, Mintel, etc.
  • Utilize Prospace tools to provide modular insights
  • Manage Numerator Ad Tracking tool


  • Provide sales analytics
  • Deliver continuity sales reporting
  • Analyze complex market data and provide insights to sales leaders
  • Facilitate sales process on key initiatives • Provide daily sales and order reporting
  • Coordinate key projects for sales and category management
