Sr. Content Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:

·The Sr. Manager, Content Marketing will be responsible for leading the overall vision-setting, strategic planning and creative development of consumer engagement materials that support the content marketing efforts of our top brands (Persil, All, Snuggle, Purex & Renuzit).  

·Collaborate with brand managers to create and execute plans; become a trusted advisor to brand stakeholders by helping them translate big brand ideas into searing content strategies

·Establish and manage workflow in pursuit of developing and disseminating world class content sourced from a variety of places (agencies, UGC, influencer, curated)

·Evaluate performance and make recommendations to continually refine overarching content marketing principles and individual content marketing plans of brands.

·Agency management, including scope development, strategic plans, and strong execution

·Ensure all copy is compliant and adherers to brand guidelines, style and tone

·Increase inbound organic traffic and engagement across owned websites, social media, and email programs

·Identify the latest trends in content marketing materials, platforms, and technology


·BS Marketing or related field, MBA preferred, with 8+ years’ management experience in digital agency and/or CPG Marketing

·Strong knowledge of content management systems and platforms

·Expertise within the following areas: Content Management Systems; Content marketing strategy development around the buyer’s journey and across various mediums; editorial calendar development and management; optimization of content for search engines; using analytics to surface insights and impact strategies

·Strong leadership, ability to convince and influence brand management.  Able to be decisive and comfortable with risk taking. Strong project management skills, communication, superior collaboration skills and excellent attention to detail.
