Regional Product Manager (d/f/m)

YOUR ROLE

  • Lead/monitor raw material replacement/change projects within a division in our business unit Adhesive Technologies
  • Drive profit improvements & cost saving initiatives, alert cost variance, report low margin products etc.
  • Coordinate new product launches with stakeholders, create part numbers within 3-4 weeks, new product forecast & bridge gaps between Operations and business
  • Support traded good part number extension, coordinate the critical supply issues, regulatory issues for the traded goods in the region
  • Work with Product and Technology Management to manage the existing product portfolio, review product classification & rationalize products with annual minimum item quantity review
  • Coordinate the critical supply issue, quality issue and regulatory issue, help Operations to address the issues and mitigate the impact to business
  • Interface with Operations regularly to review product quality, technical issues, capacity issues & other limitations in the department, identifying short term and long-term opportunities
  • Manage all the product change notice to make sure stakeholders are notified timely

YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Business or Engineering
  • Min. 5 years of experience in materials/chemicals industry – Business, Project Management, Supply Chain or technical related functions preferred
  • Ability to lead and manage projects in an international environment
  • Understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and SAP required
  • Fluent English language skills, German advantageous
  • Excellent communication as well as stakeholder management skills
